Introduction

WatchList management is design to help organizations of all sizes, across various industries, comply with regurations such as OFAC, USA PATRIOT ACT. With its flexiable list managament and innovative indexing and searching capabilities, it helps you mitigate compliance risks whiling give you some control over how the name match(comparisions) are performed.

Main features:​

  • Reduce false positive alerts with name and alias Exclusion list and configurable screening mode.

  • Support restospective screening (screnning existing customers or new and amemded customers) and reverse screening (scrren existing customers when additions or amendments are made to watch lists.)

It has the following modules:

List management​

Manage sanction list. It supports the list upload. The following lists are supported, and a new plugin can be added easily to support a new list: BIS-DPL, BIS-UNVENRIFIED, CIA WORLD LEADER, EU, HUD-LDP, NS-PLC, OCC UNAUTHORIZED BANK LIST, OFAC SDN, OFSI ENTITY, OFSI INDIVIDUAL, STATE-DEBAR, and UK-HM.

Customer screening​

It scans customers against the sanction lists and gives an alert or no alert result.

Watchlist Alert (workitem)​

Review the alert result.

Workflow​

It has a build-in configurable workflow for workitem, including the Watchlist Alert.

Integration​

Provide REST API to integrate with your application.

Glossary​

Sanction List​

Also called Watchperson List, Compliance List, or Black list, it is comprised of individuals and companies with the highest risk rating.

Customer list​

Also called Client list, it is the customer or supplier/vendor that you plan to or have business relationships.
